Return to HGV driving
Lists the courses currently open for applications to help you get your Driver CPC qualification up to date and upgrade your rigid HGV licence.
If you’re not currently working as a driver but have a rigid HGV (category C) licence or articulated lorry (category C+E) licence, these Skills Bootcamps will help you:
- bring your Driver CPC qualification up to date so you can get back to driving
- upgrade your rigid HGV licence so you can drive an articulated lorry
Vehicle categories have changed over time. You might know a category C licence as HGV class 2, and category C+E as HGV class 1.
Check with the course provider to see if they have any extra criteria for applying.
Demand has been extremely high for Skills Bootcamps in HGV driving. Places may be limited for courses in some areas.
